Sweet Alchemy Pastry Shop, Athens

Do you have a sweet tooth? I most certainly do. I have musings to open my own chocolate shop some day (musings helped into fruition by the wonderful Pinterest, check out the board here), but there’s a good possibility I’d end up eating all the products myself.  So for now, I’ll just indulge in calorie-free pinterest pinning and admiring the ventures of others; like this, the Sweet Alchemy Pastry Shop in Athens. If I were to visit I think I’d be transfixed, overwhelmed by all the sweet pastry goodness and all the sweet interiors goodness. Elegant and gleaming, the design mirrors the name, creating treasure out of raw materials: iron, bronze, copper and wood. Kois Architecture are responsible for this beauty. I recommend checking out the full article on Adelto.
