This is a complex of “trulli and lamie” in the heel of Italy; the “trulli” or “trullo” are conical shaped huts specific to the Apulia region and aren’t they beautiful? “Lamie” from what I can figure refers to flat iron roofed buildings next to them, and although they’re not as impressive, still, what an incredible opportunity for a conversion to a jaw-dropping house! The listing says there is ‘110 sqm with possibility of widen[ing] 20% of the existent surface’, so that means overall it could be 132 sqm which is a bit tight but gives you opportunity to get creative. On top of this the buildings are set within 13,000 sqm of land so there would be space to extend if the local authorities allowed it. And you could live the good life and own orchard and olive and almond groves as well!
All this for €110,000. See you at the bank.
